HR Business Partner Middle East Africa HR Business Partner Middle East amp AfricaFrazer Jones UAE Ref KP489338 The Role HR Business Partner Middle East amp Africa Dubai UAE AED 25000 per month Our client is a high performing international FMCG business with a significant global and regional presence. They are currently looking to hire a commercially minded HR Business Partner with considerable market knowledge of the African market. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives identifying business needs and delivering excellent HR solutions. You will be commercially astute with a resilient and flexible approach and will enjoy having a great deal of autonomy in your role. Successful candidates must be degreeeducated have worked within and international environment and had responsibilities for the African market. You will be able to demonstrate working on an operational and strategic level and will have ideally worked on HR projects in areas such as employee engagement talent management and succession planning.
