HR Generalist HR Generalist is urgently needed to work for a Multinational Company in Egypt Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs • Conducts analysis of compensation and benefits within company • Prepares job descriptions, and salary scale • Manages the Recruitment process • Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure. • Develops job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay. • Analyzes surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments. • Forecasts budget for salary increases. • Advises on salary increase requests • Negotiates collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers • Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends Required qualifications: • Bachelor Degree, preferably in business administration. • Excellent written and spoken English • Years of Experience: 2-6 years in equivalent positions. • Nationality: Egyptian. • Number of Vacancies: 1.
