#HR Looking for a "HR/Recruitment Specialist" in Edinburgh. You will be supporting the Human Resources department in a full range of broad human resources activities which will ensure effective implementation of HR strategies to drive employee engagement and position the organization for continued growth and development. You will ensure that all HR matters dealt with are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with legislative regulations, requirements and the policies of the Company. You will primarily be advising and implementing end to end recruitment strategy on UK /North American basis including determining appropriate advertising methods, short listing, pre-screening, interviewing and delivering the best possible candidate experience. You will also be supporting an existing HR department performing generalist HR duties to support the HR Business Partners and participating in special project work.
