HR Manager Needed For A Multinational Company in Egypt Purpose/Summary: The HR Manager would be responsible for all HR related activities for Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Algeria. Will be directing the functions of the department in accordance with Global HR techniques, practices and A. P. Moller Maersk procedures. S/he would be responsible to coordinate with and support the HR team on both transactional and facilitative levels. Key Responsibilities: The country human resources and administration manager is responsible of the following: • Business Partnering and Organizational Development Support the management team in the organization analysis Plan process improvements in processes related to HR Facilitate communications with staff and management and best practice sharing Drive employee engagement • Operations & Administration Manage accurate master organization data Ensure alignment with Labor and social insurance laws in terms of staff contractual documents. • Recruitment Workforce Planning: Manage the recruitment cycle from job application, people selection and employees embankment • Learning and Development Retain and develop the right mix of staff to achieve business results Indentify talent pool and development them Monitor staff learning and development plans • Compensation and Benefits Develop the company compensation strategy in line with the Center and Region guidelines Key Performance Indicators: • Maintain the Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Algeria organization within budget and headcount as per budget. • Improved productivity in the four countries and efficiency. • Improved employee engagement in the organization • Improved overall HR performance Key Skills for the role and functional capabilities: General The ideal candidate for managing Human Resources is a person who has an outgoing and convincing personality- a person with a sense of urgency and result orientation, customer focus, who can build and maintain a high quality effective HR department and who can bridge the Cluster and regional HR priorities with the local business needs.
