HR Officer A Communications Company is looking for an Junior HR/Administrative Staff . The HR Officer is responsible in providing support and assistance in the various human resources and administration functions such as recruitment, talent development, training, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT system and HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Excellent knowledge in basic computer software programs (MS-Word, MS- Excel). Has 1-2 experience in HR functions. Experience in GCC is an advantage. Excellent coordinating and organizing skills. Excellent TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. Excellent typing skills. Very good communication skills. Very good negotiation skills.
