HR & Recruitment Supervisor For one of leading Freight Forwarder Company in Egypt, We need the following positions URGENTLY ASAP :- Job Location:- Sheraton ,,Cairo HR & Recruitment Supervisor: Job Description 1- Responsible for effective and fast Recruitment processes to fill the current vacancies Implement &Selection Procedures by , screening applicant , testing , interviewing scheduling and administering tests and evaluating applicants qualifications . 2- Follow up with accepted candidates till the hiring date and coordinate the hiring provide the right feedback to the candidates whether positive or negative. 3- Update the recruitment database with all the interviews & candidates records. Orientation for new employee & follow up within the 3months probation period for. 4- Perform other HR duties if required. 5- Prepare employee files newly hired. 6- Responsible for the of the Issue social insurance form -1- and attach three copies of contract and other support documents to get employee signatures , enter employee date on control sheet to ensure continuous update . 7- Review consolidated sheet of social insurance form -2- for consolidated date twice a year 8- Issue forms -6- for resigned employee to signed from their side, and then submit to social insurance office to close insurance account for the resigned employee. Qualifications:- - University Graduate 2-4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment. Excellent command of English.- Very good computer skills.- - Positive attitude & friendly - Labor law background is Preferred. - Good communication skills.
