HR Specialist at Red Sea World Location: Cairo Reports to: Managing Director Responsible For: -HR Functions -Employee Services External working Relations: -HR Service Providers. -Governmental Authorities -Social Insurance POSITION OBJECTIVE: -To implement Human Resources plans and activities on a company level, ensuring its compliance to the Group strategic directions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.Contributes in setting the Human Resources annual objectives of the company in compliance to the companys strategic directions, and monitors its timely execution. 2.Monitors the proper execution of the approved HR policies and procedures and ensure the full awareness of all employees in the company of the set policies and procedures. 3.Follows up the implementation of social insurance regulations for company’s employees. 4.Follows up and coordinates the company’s affairs with the labor office. 5.Keeps and files employees’ files and employees’ counting records 6.Checks the authenticity and integrity of signatures in attendance sheets, and verifies the execution of instructions after counting absence incidents. He also supervises and checks the implementation of the instruction concerning recording and settlement of all kinds of vacations. 7.Participates in setting the annual manpower plan of the company based on actual needs of different departments, and sets a recruitment plan accordingly, and coordinates with the concerned departments to identify the selection criteria and the required qualifications. 8.Directs and follows up the periodic performance appraisal process according to the set policies and procedures, ensures the compliance to the set timeframes, reviews and analyzes appraisal results and ensures providing the feedback to direct mangers. 9.Manages the implementation of structural changes and employees placements, directs job analysis process ensuring the proper communication with the company departments. 10.Monitors all employee services activities, manages the preparation of the monthly payroll, and follows up the implementation of personnel related decision (promotions, penalties, layoff…etc.), receive and investigates employees’ complaints and grievances, and recommends the appropriate actions. 11.Reports periodically to the Managing Director an executive summary about the activity and progresses of his department. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education / Experience: -B.Sc. Business Administration.
