HR & admin Executive / Assistant vacancy - Perform full spec of HR functions - Responsible on payroll administration includes OT, commissions, incentives, bonus, statutory reports (EPF, Socso, Income Tax & HRDF). - Responsible for maintenance and update of employee personal data includes annual leave, medical claims and etc. - Assist in facilitate yearly appraisal - Assist to coordinate HR manual and policies. - Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as per request. Requirements: - Candidate shall possess at least a professional certificate, diploma or equivalent in any field. - 1- 2 years experience / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Able to communicate in written and verbal (English & Bahasa Malaysia) - Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law / Employment Act will be an advantage. - Positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills and independent to work. - Qualified, serious and genuine applicants only. - Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews - Location of working – Petaling Jaya -Good remuneration provided - Accommodation provided for applicant from other states - Interest applicant please write in to winnie.lee@little-taiwan
