(Teaching me how to buy a mobile phone, worst, blaming me for installing or buying a HTC phone with 3rd party software installed)...(Not listening) HTC : ...Sir, we are...do do do... (Talking with HTC halfway n line suddenly...cut off !!!) HTC : ... Sir, pls go to this website if you want to purse your case... HTC : ...Sir, what is it about ? (Killing point, have to repeat my incident n my request everytime I called...) HTC : ...Sir, we are giving you 10% discount to replace the motherboard... HTC : ... Let me put up a request that you want to speak to higher management... (Cant sense customer is angry n immediately escalate to next level of support since my phone has been sent for repair for a month!!!) HTC : ... Called me with unknown no. (What so private is your calling no. Since it is a customer service line ?) HTC : ...Sir, can you resent your email again n call HTC that you have sent your request immediately after you...(Dont check their emails ?) HTC : ...Sir, we are giving you 20% discount...(Your manager refused to talk to customers ?) HTC : ...Sir, you check our website that warranty is voided if... HTC Management : ...I m sorry about your phone...We are giving 30% discount...I m the top management, nobody is holding a higher post n this is the final decision !!! ... Anyway, we have waived the diagnosed charges of $32 plus... (OMG !!! They just ignored my challenges that I m innocent, nothing but sorry n kind of unfortunate that I owned this phone...) HTC Email : ....Your ticket has been closed... (Received these emails whenever I called... While my case is not being solved !!!) HTC : ... Pls tell us your experience with HTC...(Submitted successfully after 2 or 3 times website errors) HTC, a producer of great moible phones that comes with a sub standard customer service...(though I appreciated 2 or 3 customer service officers with right attitude). What a shame...this is not just personal experience as a consumer. If this is the customer service level in Singapore (be it you are served by Singaporean or foreigner), sooner or later, we will be catchup by other countries. Nobody will like the shopping experience in Singapore, a matter of time if this kind of customer service is not push to the next better level... Whats your experience with the customer service with other mobile brands ?
