HU..............A LOVE SONG TO GOD The Sound connects us to the Sound Current as it is the ancient name for God. The technique is simplicity itself. But we will learn some specifics first. Find a quiet and comfortable place in your home. It is advisable to put your feet flat on the ground and sit with your back straight, this is to help your physical body accept and channel spiritual energy. Next close your eyes... feel your “attention” and place it on the bridge of your nose... do not look up or cross your eye, simply place your attention there.. This is not meditation, rather it is contemplation. Meditation demands the mind to stop which is unnatural, but contemplation simply allows one to let the mind function, you cannot focus on two things simultaneously so your focus here will be on the bridge of the nose. The chatter of the world will continue, but as you practice focus it will become less and less important, it will be “beneath your attention” Physically the pineal gland resides here. It is also the area of the Third Eye or the Tizra Til ... “when soul puts it’s attention there it learns to fly”. Now begin to say the word, Hu. It is pronounced like the term for color; hue. You will notice the emphasis is on the sound U U U U U U U U U U. There is no concern as to what your voice sounds like: high or low, scratchy... nor weather or not you hold the sound for 5 seconds or 30 seconds. When with a group of people, everyone’s ability and “intent” will be different, but it makes no difference, for when you hear the sound of God it will feel magnificent and glorious. So, sing as long as you want and then be silent till everyone is finished. Now, notice how you feel, your mind, your body... your spirit. ______________________________________________________________ ...Hungry for more? You can also chant the word inwardly at any time, to calm yourself, to center yourself. If your having a confrontation, if your being judged. When your feeling joy at being alive, whenever: sing Hu. Chant it for your spiritual health. Remember, the spirit of God is not offended when asked to show proof of itself, in fact, that is the first step towards realizing your connection to the Creator. There is a word called Shenargrety, which means to be quiet, enough; listen for the voice of God to speak to you. The mind is so busy questioning everything that you cannot hear the voice of God. Hu Pronounced like the word: Hue is an ancient holy name for God. When chanted inwardly or out loud it helps open your heart to God. The sound of Hu connects us all to the Audible Life Stream, giving us a spiritual understanding of all ancient wisdom since the beginning of civilization. This sound helps open our hearts to divine knowledge by direct experience. The sound teaches us to look within ourselves and listen to Divine Spirit for upliftment and guidance. The true purpose of Hu (another name for the Holy Spirit which appears to us in the lower worlds as Light and Sound: a reflection of the atoms of God moving in space) is to lead Soul home to the heavenly worlds. Singing this word is a lovesong to God... a pure prayer of love. This sound has been taught for thousands of years. Singing this song will bring spiritual guidance / protection and love into your life... thus: transformation. This exercise requires 20 minutes a day of devotion to oneself. 20 min’s of quiet time everyday. With your eyes closed placed your attention above the bridge of your nose, at the spot directly between your eyebrows. This spot is called the Third Eye or the Tisra Til. Anatomically speaking the Pineal gland resides there. This is the launching pad Soul uses to launch itself onto the heavenly worlds. With your eyes closed sing Hu in a long drawn out sound... HUUUUU... (only as long as your comfortable doing) you may repeat this as many times as you wish. After a few minutes very gently begin to look for the light in your inner vision. It can come in many different ways.
