HUGE, ENORMOUS thanks to all of our fantastic volunteers who spent all morning helping to try and improve our car park this morning. We were there from 6.30 am and didnt do a bad job for a bunch of amateurs (with a couple of professionals thrown in!). Unfortunately we were unable to finish it all and phase 2 is on Sunday 20 July so if you feel like you missed out (on the bacon rolls) please put this date in your diary and come along to join us then. Those to be named and in absolutely no way shamed are: Richard Schultz, Head of Pre-school Joy and her husband Keith, Lesley & Jon Neal (antique dumpers r us) with their mate John Hart, Paul Mann - the man with the digger - Gavin White, Nikki & Ali Markham-Lee, Darren Lisney, Matt Oakes, Jenny Biondi and Paul Gethen, plus a big thanks to Les from AJC who supplied Waynes favourite new toy, the roller!! Also there was Tracey Lennard keeping the troops fed with bacon rolls, Head of Rec MC Wayne with his daughters DJ Jade and her sister Emma, plus me, Chairperson Nikki. Personally I would like to express my gratitude to these people for giving up their Sunday to help the gym. Especially to birthday boy Ali, what better way to spend his birthday weekend than raking over road planings in the blazing sunshine!! And finally, thanks to Steve Gentry-Brown for supplying the road planings. Thank you everyone
