HULK REHAB Today was another two workout day. The first was oretty straightforward - an hour on the stairclimber. Put in about 225 flights of stairs for a little over 700 calories burned. The second workout was weights and I doscovered somethi g that made me VERY happy. While I cant do back squats because I cant position the injured arm on the bar, it turns out I can do front squats just fine - see video below. Bike 2.5 miles to warmup Frint Squat - 45x5x2, 95x5x2, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 225x3x3 Lunges (w/35lb rucksack) 3 sets of 10/leg Lying Leg Curls 5 sets of 10 @ 95
