HURRAH! Mrs Braddock returns home tomorrow after ten days away in Northampton fighting for the Wetherspoons cause. Personally, I think its quite irresponsible to go away and leave a fifty one year old man on his own. I wouldnt be surprised if social services get involved. I had a minor crisis on Sunday night when I couldnt find part of my football kit. That doesnt happen when Liza Braddock is here. She knows where everything is. She probably knows the whereabouts of Shergar and Lord Lucan but is keeping the information to herself. She also knows how to work the DVD player and the central heating. Some people believe ineptitude is an affliction but I see it as an art form. And something strange keeps happening. I keep hearing a chiming noise in the front room. But everytime I go to investigate this noise, I get distracted by someone knocking at the front door (????). I need to do some tidying up before Liza gets home. I know we have electricity in the walls of our house but cant remember how to get it into the hoover. Any ideas?
