Ha. Just told the electricity meter reader what an excellent company Ecotricity are. He said most of his work is for Npower and the complaints he hears are horrendous. I told him Ecotricity pride themselves on stunning customer services - top of the league, repeatedly - and that when you ring up, you get a friendly knowledgeable person who helps you and sorts things out. What, he said, you dont get passed pillar to post? Not at all, I said :-) If youre still with a gas or electric company that treats you badly, mucks things up, and sells you fossil-fuel-derived energy, please consider moving to Ecotricty. Green, clean, polite, local, can-do and sustainable. Makes a political statement without the politics, too; the more customers they have the more they can invest in renewables. No, they arent paying me :-) When was the last time you felt like cheering when you read your utility companys annual update?
