Ha ha, what would the health authorities say about our breakfast... All cooked in bacon fat and butter ☺ I just love staying with like minded people. We are in Adelaide for our Fat Revolution Event and what a treat to have such beautiful ingredients for breakfast. The free range, nitrate free bacon was super fatty, just the way we love it. And that meant we could cook the eggs in the bacon fat. Divine! If only the people eating low fat understood what they were missing out on! And for no reason! #bringbackthefat
