Had a 2nd interview this morning. Walked in the Supervisor`s Office. I sat down and we begin to talk. She says “Mr. Moore, this isn`t really a interview, but a informal meeting.” I said Okay. She then proceeds to tell me “I really enjoyed your interview last week. I really enjoyed the fact that you have so much experience in this field and you have great character. Afterwhich she says “To be honest with you, you are really more than what this position has to offer. I don’t just see you as a Admin isolated behind a desk, I see you doing more than this. I`m going to talk with some people to see if we can get you involved here at the college and to see if we can get your foot in the door to be a Part-Time Faculty member.” I just see more in you. #TheFavorofGod
