Had a blast at the race track this past weekend. It was a huge learning experience for us with our new car. Started off Thursday with a practice session, we had our back up motor in and had to work some of those issues out. As the weekend went on, we learned a ton about the new car and got it much better and a ton faster. Everyone with us put a lot of hard work and long hours in to get the car better. I am really happy how our weekend ended, the results might not have shown but we were a lot better and the car was handling really good. I am very thankful to be racing for RHI and for Ron and Lindy to make sure I was able to race while my mom was here. They got me a motor to use since we blew ours up the weekend before and Ron worked his guts out before he left to Talledega to make sure my car was gonna be ready to go, I couldnt ask for better car owners! Wish I could have parked it in victory lane while mom was there but, I believe she got to see all the hard work and time we spend on the cars to be able to race. I loved having mom at the track helping on my car keeping it shining and of course making sure I was fed at all times.
