Had a good day training, but wasnt 100% mentally there. Had a sweet paddle into 18 knot winds and surfed for the first time on elk lake, was only about 50% last months endurance. lifted for 30 min but still only 30% normal strength. Watched a sunset, where I live, on my way home 100% normal inspiration. Doesnt matter that Im not 100% now or ever, the world keeps spinning. Who cares if you are not as fast, or strong, or good at remembering things as you used to be. All that matters is that you take 100% of what you can each and every day. So heads up, for now ill be going at it 50%, 100% percent of the time....
