Had a great experience this morning at the Go Girl Half Marathon. Since January I have had the privilege of being a coach for this awesome group of ladies. Today I was paired up with Amanda Teel. This was her first Half Marathon and she normally Run/Walks, in fact the farthest she has ever run without walking was 6 miles. Today, at the Go Girl Half, she not only finished, but RAN THE WHOLE WAY!! All 13.4 miles of the course. And we finished in a time of 2:30:57!!!! Awesome job Amanda!! You Rocked it out!!!!
