Had a great time today at Taste of Toronto. Tried all kinds of great foods (and a few really great drinks - margarita, anyone?) and had a real blast. Met Mark MacEwan and told him all about my talented nephew, Jake Brennan. Learned how to make my own ricotta too. Hope they make this an annual event. Picked up some craft ginger ale and a wicked cinnamon tea (you have to try it Genevieve A Munro). As for the food, we tried agnolotti with black truffle, lamb bolognese, lobster poutine (divine!), duck tacos, bbq ribs, a phenomenal grilled heirloom tomato soup, and so many other dishes.
