Had a great workout today! Trained my entire back (traps, lats, rear delts, lower back), and abdominals. Had my third meal after my training (1 cup of egg white, spinach, and grilled salmon salad). Walking, going from sitting to standing, and all general leg usage is difficult today after the crucible I put them threw yesterday. Still continuing my carb cycling (2 days 30g of carbs or less, 1 day 200g of carbs max). I also intake 60g of protein in all six of my daily meals. My body is changing in marvelous ways. I started heavy weight training in december of last year as well my fueling habits, and since then my aesthetic, strength, body composition have changed dramatically. I am addicted to every aspect of the fitness lifestyle. Next week I am going to enroll in one of the best personal training institutes in the country. Not just for my own personal development, but to be able to help others achieve the wealth fitness grants them access to in this existence. Well now I will relax and prepare to go beast mentally (research and writing). May God continue to bless you all my beautiful brothers and sisters.
