Had a lot of cool feedback from that ALS video I posted a few weeks ago (which you can see her if you didnt catch it: youtu.be/FoWtLDU-mUQ). Some notable mentions that werent public on FB: Peter B. Grazier, a friend of mine in California reached out and I learned about his latest antics. Hes been living up his retirement by running around California with his lovely wife treating the world to miscellaneous acts of kindness. Theyve created an iPhone app with a years worth of simple acts for those interested in doing similar. Theyre often quick little gestures, but theyre the kinds of ideas that end up on those Upworthy pages everyone shares. This guy genuinely seems like one of the most content, happy people Ive met - the dudes doing something right! Check it out: https://itunes.apple/ca/app/id911685114 The schistosomiasis control initiative - one of the charities I mentioned in the ALS video - actually got ahold of me on the YouTube page to clarify how efficient their treatments are! $100 is actually enough to treat closer to 200 African kiddies. Exceptional bang for buck. schisto.org Scotty Gregory, a crazy bastard from Australia, sent some kudos and introduced me to something great. This guy started the charity Donate for a Mate, for which he performs a bunch of ludicrous stunts to raise money and awareness for different people in need. The mans a superhero.
