Had a pretty much all-day rainstorm today. It was a little cooler than usual. I was out on our front porch about 4:00 PM. There was a break in the clouds, and I could see new snow on the mountains in the West Elk Wilderness area, which is a little way North of our place. Started me thinking about the annual migration Southward to AZ. As I compose this update, the outside temp is 35 degrees, and it will go lower before morning. First snowflake here and I am gone!
