Had a quick tour with Will Weigler, Project Director of the From the Heart Project - His interpretation of a labyrinth to enter into the journey of reconciliation - how to be an ally to Indigenous Peoples. Art and theater combined to integrate stories. The Labyrinth journey is into little rooms (stations) whereby a max of eight people are face to face with the artists. The labyrinth itself is a beautiful installation. The purpose is to sense the experiences of the Indigenous Peoples and feel it rather than think it and remain separated. Quite a beautiful interpretation of reconciliation. It is only playing for three weeks in July. I hope many of you will have the opportunity to view it. from-the-heart.ca
