Had a request yesterday asking if I could show the footwork from the Quick Sand Jumper video in slow motion... Not a problem, Im happy to fulfill the request, plus I put some bonus footage in there from other footwork drills I work on! So here you have it... A cool lil compilation of what Shaquille Oneal calls Footwork. Gotta have that good Feetwork. Lol!! Like it but more importantly SHARE it cuz a lot of players out there lack footwork. Im on my mission to teach the game the right way... Yah diiiiiiig!
