Had a surly-looking guy stomp into the museum yesterday.He glared at me whenI asked him how he was doing, and headed into the gift shop, and looked around. I asked if I could help him find anything. Another glare. Finially, he picked up one of our stuffed animals, gave it a big hug, set it back down, and walked out smiling. I thought, "That was weird..." but then again, maybe he was having a bad day and needed a cuddle break. It sure seemed to work for him. And I know I felt better a few minutes later when I tried it...
