Had a terrific time in New York with a wonderful group of theatre students. We saw four major Broadway musicals, worked with guest artists in the business, professional vocalists, and pianists who thought our kids were exceptional, enjoyed Radio City Music Hall, The Empire State Building, Time Square, visited several unique churches, The Metropolitan Museum, Ellis Island, ventured along Wall Street, saw the reflecting pools, the newest additions to Ground Zero, China Town shopping, went to the village , visited Washington Square, where the kids were fascinated by the pidgeons sitting on their arms and head, ( not my cup of tea), walked our tootsies off, had great meals, and learned more and more about New York City, and the marvelous history that is captured their. Very tired today, but it was worth it. The theatre students were in awe, and will be talking about this trip for years to come. So glad we could do this yet another time for our kids. Love, love, love New York City, and my East theatre family!
