Had a very productive trip to The Isle of Man. I managed to trace back another 4 generations of the Clucas family, so now have lots of names and dates etc. I know who my Grandad Herberts parents were, when and where they got married and where they are buried. I looked for their burial plots but Im sad to say I only found that info out today, thanks to the very helpful vicar at Peel cemetery. Ive seen the actual house where Grandad was born and the houses where his dad, grandad and great grandad lived. It was so bitter sweet. I feel like the jigsaw is starting to come together. Please feel free to ask for names etc, as finding any relatives is what Im aiming for xx
