Had a weird day, first went to Carrodos and while at check out line a woman behind me was standing there and we started laughing about the price of food and she was telling me how she was in a bad way for a while and lost her job and finally started working, I looked at her and told her Im glad to hear that and told her shes a beautiful woman that good things will happen for her now and she smiled and thanked me and told me she feels everything is going to be ok to she can feel the positive shift her her path, well I look at her hand and told her nice ring (Ouija orical) and new she was a sister of Gia lie my other friends and she smiled and I told her to look up NJP she said she would, really happy she smiled! Then coming home there was a truck stuck at the light of Union avenue, a young girl was sitting there I stopped and asked her if she was ok she was practically in tears, 18 yrs old, she was like please dont leave and I got out and told her it will be ok and she began begging me to help her get gas shell give me the money I told her its ok well go get gas and come back, so we drove to the gas station and low and behold a tow truck dude, I said to myself, why not, I talked to him and he was great he said of course ill help I told him I have triple A she can use my card Ill go with him to find her he was cool went back, there was a cop sitting there blocking her from traffic so the tow truck guy lifted the car up and we drove back to the gas station, she was shivering from the cold and we began to talk more, how her dad wouldnt help her shes been on her own since 15. Looking at her I seen me 25 yrs ago and she told me she has been a year clean from Heroine, I hugged her and told her Im happy for her Im 18 yrs, and we went back to the car and talked about things and she told me that she feels better when shes hiking that its healing, I told her I felt the same way after I got sober, went tot he woods and hiked, told her how Gia her mother will protect her and help guide her, talked about working and going back to school and hopes she gets one ounce of advice and takes it. Watched her drive away. Its been an interesting day...Somehow some way, I thought about Nadine and how she always said Gia would be there for us, she will never let us down and thought about some way she had some kind of workings in this LOL but in all, Im glad I made these two women feel special today and both of them, there are reasons why we fall into each others paths, both learn some kind of lifes lessons and and somehow reminds us where we came from and how we can easily fall back, every day Im thankful for what I have and what Ive done for myself and Im ready for the next growth period in my life.
