Had a wonderful day! Went to church and breakfast with Arv, then shopping with Melissa. Got a call from my cousin wanting to get together for supper. Ended up going to Panda Garden in Cresco. There was my Aunt Betty, Cousin Terry, Sister Doris, Arv, Melissa and I around the table for a fabulous meal.. Sorry my Cousin Shelia and her husband Wayne couldnt make it. Maybe next time. When I got home I called an old friend from Kansas City that had just contacted me on fb. We became friends when she was in the 7th grade and I was in the 8th grade. We kept in touch for years, bridesmaids in each others weddings and letter writing. Too bad we didnt have face book back then. We lost touch for 30 years or so as we each lived our lives. She looked me up and we became friends again. It was soooo good to talk to her again. We talked for over an hour and seemed like we just picked up where we left off! Missed you Dona Gail, so happy to have you in my life again. :)
