Had a wonderfully peaceful weekend at my friend, Ythsta Prather Resovich, Shingle Springs property. I spent my first night in my new vintage travel trailer I now have at her place.....its such a quaint and cozy cottage-like dwelling with an awesome view. This is my new vacation home. Morning brought tears to my eyes while I watched Maggie, my 8 year old dog, playing like a pup again with our new 3 month old Rott puppy Morgan as they played chase in the yard. Then I got to listen to the calling of a hawk, and was greated by the resident herd of horses trying to get me to feed them, cuz of course they are starving to death, and spent the rest of the day trimming trees, visiting with my friend and enjoying the sun on what was just a delightfully beautiful fall day in the foothills. Thank you Ythsta Prather Resovich for sharing your great home with me. Love lives there indeed!
