Had an AWESOME weekend in Miami. Many times as a business owner and fitness coach you get used to doing everything alone and treating everything like a chore or task (workouts included). Having a coach push us through a killer workout, Battling the voice in your head telling you to stop, encouraging and being encouraged by the person next to you, and eventually having that alive, energetic feeling when its all over and you KNOW you pushed out of your comfort zone and are now a little bit stronger than the day before is an amazing thing. It made me think of all my clients and how proud I am of them for going through that battle every week and getting better. Seeing all the pictures and family atmosphere the gym has when I am not there was also a very heart warming thing, as I have always wanted a gym to be about everyone and not just one person or group. The clients are truly the heart beat of the gym and provide the atmosphere that breeds the results we produce.... physically and mentally. Cant wait to be home and continue building the Coastal crew! Teach to inspire, not to impress #coastalstrong
