Had an awesome time speaking to a cool company here in Utah (Property Solutions) and had the privilege of meeting a man who lost over 100lbs and has kept it off. He said something to me that made me think and wanted to get your thoughts on it. He said, If obese people could feel what its like to be healthy/skinny and fit for 5 minutes they would go through the hell of losing the weight more often than not because it feels that amazing vs being obese. Ok your thoughts now, go! :)
