Had an awesome weekend trying to win B class at NJMPs The 24 Hours of LeMons with John Heflin & Jeff Bloch! The Accordian was running great despite catching the accordian section on fire in the first 20 minutes! We all drove hard coming from something like 78th overall to finish 10th overall, 3rd in class. A great effort by the entire Speedycop gang! I was happy with my own driving, being aggressive but not overdoing it and killing the car. Set a best time of 1:49.235 on old everything, and am pretty content with it. Nearly lost the car when a subie 2 cars in front dumped a ton of oil on the track while heading into the fastest turn on the track. No idea how I kept that one on track-ish. Always an adventure at a Lemons race! Big thanks to Leatt Protectives for the awesome MXR brace that was super comfortable during long stints in the car!
