Had an interesting day.....got up early and just knew it was going to be an awesome weather day. Went drytooling at Shady Town (Black Birch Creek) just south of mt Cook village then came back in to pick up my pay. Had a free weights workout and then after all that health and fresh air, bought a pack of smokes and a jug of beer and enjoyed the sunset over The Footstool from the Chamois bar......See, life is pretty dull if you restrict yourself....Try to uphold only those things that are healthy and certified by the Heart Foundation etc.....Do it all I say! Without guilt, without thinking you are causing yourself harm, with a really big grin on your dial. Then get up early and do something even more exciting. Tomorrow I go rockclimbing on Sebastopol Bluff with Jarda and Im willing to bet we bag the hardest routes on the crag.....Bloody beer drinking smokers!
