Had left eye cataract surgery Thursday. Post-op vision is 20/40. The vision in my right eye has declined somewhat. The doctor says its because that eye tends to be dry, and the drops Im using to aid hearling and help prevent infection are making it drier still. Once I stop having to use them, and can start using some artificial tears, things should improve. At least if things change with the left eye, I wont be alarmed. I will be se glad when I can stop messing around with drops, my vision stabilizes, and I can finally get my new glasses.
