Had my computer get hijacked this morning by an outfit called iNext from India. Computer looked like a system failure and then out of the blue got a call from a MSN Partner that spent a lot of time trying to convince me they could fix my computer and then said I would have to pay $300 to $500 for the fix. I hung up then and called MSN which confirmed it was a hijack. Took a while for MSN and Windows tech support to clean up the computer. Turns out the hijackers inserted a virus that hid all of my files until MSN/Windows Tech support was able to clean and remove the malware code. Did not have to restore files - just had to have Tech Support reset the code. Be carefull!
