Had my eye on this for quite a few weeks but just couldnt get the last part of the push up to happen for me. Spent a little while adding tiger bend push ups in to my morning and evening workouts and it seems to have developed the strength in my triceps necessary to power me up. Also added a few kg to my strict press totalling it at 72kg which I believe has some tie in with the tricep conditioning. The movement needs to be cleaned up in order to link reps together but its a start
