Had nap for about an hour, feeling much better. Still suffering jet lag due to aging. Still have pain in calves from running down slope Boston Marathon. Ran 26 miles with bicycle for the exercise without using calves. Again feelig good. Enjoying beer after the hot bath. 一時間ぐらい昼寝をしたらずいぶん楽になった。高齢化で時差調整がうまく行かず眠りが浅い。下り坂中心のボストンマラソン完走でふくらはぎがまだ痛い。仕方が無いのでチャリで42km走った、気持ち良い。風呂の後のビールはまた格別。
