Had one of those days at the gym where my body was feeling heavy. This was unfortunate as I had planned some box jumps as part of my routine. I select 4-5 exercises and complete 4-5 rounds of them. My selection today was Pushup/box jump- 1 min overhand hang followed straight away by 2 chin ups - monkey bars - handstand for 1 minute against the wall - bear crawl for 20 metres with a 20m sprint back to start the whole lot again. Body said no after 3 rounds so I went to plan b. Heres my plan b. Reliving my childhood love of climbing trees and swinging. Must get better and better at these. As you can see, you are never to old to hang upside down with your skirt over your head.
