Had session with my PT yesterday and a good report. When I pulled my knee up and he measured it there was an increase from 110 to 120 just from a week ago. Shawn told me they dont expect patients to be bending at 120 until at least 12 weeks after surgery. Wow I was ecstatic and so was he. Now I have the hard part shortly. Neighbor coming to help me do my first time climbing and descending one full flight of stairs. Nervous about falling but hopefully I will ace this exercise today.
