Had some bananas getting bit ripe so decided to make banana bread. Doug Hounslow and grandson Damen helped! Not sure what happened but pop (Doug ) put too much flour in so had to adlib the recipe adding extra vanilla essence, egg and baking powder to hope we could save it. Cooked now and cooling so will be interesting to see what it is like. Tea (chicken stir fry) cooking so if ok banana bread for desserts.
