Had the opportunity to be coached by some great men like G.T. - TopicsExpress

Had the opportunity to be coached by some great men like G.T. Thames and Tommy Nester during my high school days. Learned a lot of valuable lessons by being a part of their teams, and I want to mention one now, "there is no I in the word TEAM". In other words, selfishness and narcism will only drag the team down and cause everyone on the team to fail, because each member is a valuable part of the TEAM. Attitude and commitment are a huge factor to the overall success of the team, while I understood the meaning back then, I had no idea what a piece of valuable life knowledge that annoying phrase carried. It applies to Your family, your church body, your job, and in my case the ministry team that God has given me, Spoken 4 Quartet. What a blessing this call is, and while the road sometimes gets rough and we may grow weary, the call of witnessing and testifying to the genuine truth of Christ through the power of music is( as it should be) the reason Spoken 4 exists. What a real, Mighty God we serve! Lift your banner high for Christ, and when life deals you an unforeseen curve or fork in the road that you Journey on, just remember that God is on your team, and with His help, you will be able to make the right choices and changes that you need to make in order for you to be more successful than you thought possible, Because the Bible tells us that He will not ever leave nor forsake you!
