Had to deal with the most blatant, one sided or just plain incompetent refereeing yesterday. Reminded me of Smyrna & Middletown Delaware. I can except mistakes from a referee but not when it is totally apparent that you are being unfair or your just a moron...Right out the gate. Ethan Vogel got screwed out of an Allstar spot in overtime. Ranked right up there with the stalling call on Scott Miser ( cradle) ). Etc..list goes on..Jacob Rose 2nd match for a spot. Overtime, score 0-0..all I can say is Horseshit!!!..Jakes okay with it though he knows he wrestled like a fairy with boots that match..He said he was just interested in beating Messer, that has beat both my boys before perty good. Jake destroyed him. wasnt even close...I just cant figure out why grown men would do those kinds of things to kids that they know are giving everything they got to win and be so blatantly unfair. I for one would never do that. I have personally had my boys knocked out of spots on a team. I do not play favorites. Win or get better..earn your spot fairly period..dont care if your my son..earn it...at the end Yesterday I called the Ref in the Infamous words of Craig Miser..Your a Goofball and Terrible.Scott Grace, Greg Reed, Jesse Trahan..It is not right and totally ridiculous..I will not put up with that shit...After,I told the ref in detail about all the bad calls he made l.He asked, how do you remember all that?..my answer, I remember everything. The Ref told me, How would you like to be criticized like that all the time, it hurts...I said, well maybe you should go home and sit back and reflect on how unfair you were to these kids and think about how they feel...or about how bad you suck.....yeh, I said it...didnt say this..but.. you dont want to have a comin to meet Jesus moment with me...these kids work to hard for some jackasses to do shit like that..not putting up with it..period...its not right, and more people should show their disapproval of it...a lot of kids got screwed yesterday... just sayin, have a nice day.
