Had to go to the store today or we would have been in danger of running out of toilet paper. Yes, it had to be me, as the only one available of driving age. Im just going to say it. Young people, that which you call music is whack. Yes, I said whack because I realize that Im old. Case in point-- that rapping/singing song entitled I really want a Trophy (wife) -- Seriously? Is that supposed to be a good thing, a compliment, or what? I officially hold Hugh Hefner responsible for glorifying this concept and making it more popular than it ever needed to be. Second, you are not invincible and your ass does not have a bumper on it. Yes, I understand that pedestrians have the right of way. Do not, however, mistake that for meaning you shouldnt attempt to scurry your bony asses out of the way when there is a vehicle approaching. I, too, once thought I was invincible. I was 19. The doc told me I would have to have foot surgery or later on I would need a hip replacement. Guess what? Its almost later on. Im going to see the podiatrist next week just to see if I can save myself from my former stupidity of two decades ago.
