Had to help a lady for 4 hours with clearance shoes today. She decides to buy 13 pairs of shoes 10 min before closing and then proceeded to ask if I could help carry the 5 bags of shoes to her car. I can only assume she forgot where she parked her car since it took her a good 8 min to drive the car where I was standing, looking like a complete idiot as everyone in CPK stared at me. After finally putting the bags in her car I find myself locked out of the mall. I had to get people from CPK to get me back into the mall only to find that Lord and Taylor had locked there gates, and no matter how much waving and jumping I did no one noticed. Back into the cold I went hoping that someone on Lord and Taylors second floor could let me in. I guess the doors are sound proof because the sales associates only a couple feet from the door couldnt here my frantic banging. I walked up and down the garage stares 3 times before security finally saw me.... Frozen..... I dont get paid enough for this
