Had to limit the cost of my arthritis medication, and that meant that I had to adjust to the new medication, but that wasnt all bad because I take one dose of medication for the day, and its much, much better than the expensive medication that I was taking. Yes, arthritis is a very limiting condition, and Im sure that many others could tell their story about the condition, as well, because I know Im not the only one who suffers from arthritis and severe muscle pain. Some tips from me are: try yoga, try analgesic creams, hydrogen peroxide and water soaks; try to limit your daily activities so as not to overdo during the day, or else youll pay for it by not getting enough sleep, which is very important. I lived alone for many years and was able to organize, work, and sleep as much as possible, and that means I know myself when it comes to managing my time and conserving my body without too much fatigue.
