Had to renew my passport yesterday in Dublin (embassy Belgium) So we took a train to Dublin and enjoyed the day..we walked (with my Margaret Mc Namara ) at least 5 miles and felt tired ,but pleased I can do this already ..was surprised to meet a few famous Dubs ,such as Paddy Doran who give me some tips for worth while places to visit..what we did..thanks Paddy ..Would recommend this city to all my Belgian friends..the food is cheap enough, but the drinks in the pub are a bit steep..the buzz is great !! Best coffee in Dublin would be find in Italian restaurante Romano in a side street of the Liffey (Capel street) ..full of cycling memorabilia of the owner Romano Morelli ,who is a veteran racer with Dundrum CC if I have it right ..next door you will find the Model Shop of Brendan Culleton who is a keen cycling photographer ..
