Had to share this...Even though my sister thoroughly checks food labels for allergens, my nephew (who has a peanut allergy) has had reactions because the label failed to mention the risk of cross-contamination due to shared equipment within the food facility. As my sister mentioned in her timeline, these trace amounts of allergen are enough to cause an anaphylactic reaction in someone with an allergy. Its hard to believe that people need to sign petitions, etc. to make food companies provide appropriate warning labels.
