Had to take my poor dog to the animal hospital this a.m. Hes been really sick for a few days.Hes been on steroids for months because he had some damange to his lungs that he got from an infection from his allergies. when they checked him out his glucose was 650, he was barely moving and they think he had had seizures. they ran tests and said he has developed diabetes from the steroids. Thats the same way I developed it.He has to stay for a few days and get his sugar down and then I have to give him insulin. So far its down to 430.I have to call around 10:30 and I hopes its come down more. My poor baby hes had such bad luck with his health.
